"Sushi Shin is Master Chef Masaki Miyakawa’s first branch restaurant, featuring the same exquisite menu served at his 2017 three Michelin starred 'Sushi Miyakawa' in Sapporo."
Niseko has seen a significant increase in fine dining restaurants in recent years.
Last season it happened to be Sushi Shin!
Here's a few photos from our experience at Sushi Shin.
Everyone's favorite, the "Winter Omakase Course" costs ¥26,000 (10% service charge and 8% consumption tax will be applied).
Sushi Shin has room for 8 adults(13 years or older) at their counter. And as an option for families with young kids they do offer 2 private rooms that has a capacity of 6 per room.
We recommend our guests to book in early, as it is a very popular restaurant among many tourists. We're always open for questions, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any help!
